Dale and Mary hit it big for me! A double whammy! First I refi-ed my home into a much better rate, and took some $ out to purchase a new home. Then I took that $ and Dale found a way for me to qualify to purchase the new home, even though the ratios did not quite line up the way they should. Communication was great, in fact Mary went the extra mile over and over to get the right documentation. Keep in mind, this was all during COVID-19, so trying to get anything done was a hassle with a capital H. But they got it all done for me and on time as well. The whole experience was fabulous!
